We're looking for a talented Merchandiser who specializes in designing kids wear and menswear to join our team. As a Merchandiser focused on sample development, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire process of creating and delivering high-quality garments, from the initial design phase to the final production sample. Your ability to stay updated on fashion trends, collaborate with different teams, and pay attention to the smallest details will be crucial in ensuring success.

**Responsibilities**:
Design Conceptualization: Use Coral software to come up with innovative and attractive designs for kids wear and menswear. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and what consumers like to create designs that appeal to our target audience.

Sample Development: Take charge of the entire sample development process, from creating prototypes to getting the final production sample approved. Make sure the samples meet our quality standards and design requirements.

Material Sourcing: Find the right fabrics, trims, and accessories needed for making kids wear and menswear.

Production Coordination: Work closely with the production team to smoothly transition from sample development to mass production. Provide accurate specifications, technical drawings, and measurements to support the production process. Deal with any issues that may arise during production in collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about the latest market trends, competitors, and customer feedback. This knowledge will help improve our designs and make decisions for future products. Conduct regular market research to find new opportunities and identify gaps in the kids wear and menswear segments.

**Requirements**:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser, preferably with a focus on kids wear and menswear. You should have experience in sample development and managing the design-to-production process.

Design Skills: A strong sense of design, including knowledge of current trends, fabrics, and garment construction techniques for kids wear and menswear. Proficiency in Coral software is a must.

Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with different teams, suppliers, and manufacturers. You should be able to clearly explain design concepts, provide instructions, and build good relationships.

Problem-Solving: Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and be able to anticipate and address challenges during the sample development process. Quick decision-making and critical thinking skills are important for ensuring smooth production.

Fashion Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the fashion industry, including market trends and consumer preferences, especially for kids wear and menswear. Familiarity with sustainable fashion practices is a plus.
