Position: Jr. Merchandiser

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate collaboration among the design, production, and marketing departments to guarantee the prompt development and introduction of new products.
- Support the formulation of product specifications, ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks.
- Oversee and monitor project schedules to ensure that key milestones are achieved.
- Engage in effective communication with suppliers, vendors, and other relevant parties to maintain a seamless product development workflow.
- Perform market analysis to uncover emerging trends, materials, and avenues for product innovation.
- Compile progress reports on product development and present the results to management.
- Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or obstacles encountered during product development.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Experience in product development, particularly in the Manufacturing sector, is beneficial.
- Strong skills in organization and time management are necessary.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- A keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset towards problem-solving are important attributes.
