**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, and utilizing digital platforms.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**: Generate leads by cold calling.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present products and services to prospective clients, tailoring the pitch to their specific needs and demonstrating the value proposition.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Handle negotiations, present proposals, and close sales deals effectively, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- **Account Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and increase client satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- **CRM Management**: Record all interactions, leads, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system to ensure data integrity and follow-up actions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sale support.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 6 Month -1 years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with business clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with [Telecom/IT/Digital Marketing].
- Familiarity with market research techniques and sales forecasting.
- Multilingual abilities (if relevant for the market).
