Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to present and promote real estate opportunities.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, and availability.
- Answer questions and address concerns of potential buyers to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings and coordinate with the field sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and update CRM systems regularly.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Participate in sales training sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
