**Job Description: Part-Time Legal Assistant**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and company policies.
- Conduct legal research and provide insights on compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
- Represent the company in legal matters, including correspondence with external parties and participation in negotiations or discussions.
- Maintain and organize legal records and documentation for easy accessibility.
- Advise internal stakeholders to ensure legal considerations are incorporated into business strategies.
- Stay updated on changes in legal regulations that may impact the company’s operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field (paralegal certification or relevant experience may be considered).
- **Minimum of two years of experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, or similar role.**:

- Strong expertise in drafting and managing legal documents.
- Solid understanding of corporate law and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prior experience with startups or small businesses is a plus.

**Schedule**:

- Part-time, flexible hours (15-20 hours per week).

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
