**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit potential customers to present and promote products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Generate leads and follow up through cold calling, door-to-door visits, or scheduled appointments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Report on market conditions and competitor activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide after-sales support when needed.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Attend sales meetings, trainings, and workshops as required.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in field sales.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Language Proficiency: Basic English and Hindi

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in FMCG and / or Pharmaceutical industry
