**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Membership Sales**: Promote and sell memberships for the golf and country club to prospective members, emphasizing the club’s premium offerings, facilities, and benefits.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and prospect new potential members through various channels, including referrals, events, cold calling, and online campaigns.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand the needs of prospective members and provide tailored membership options and benefits to match their requirements.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential members, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct tours of the golf course and facilities, deliver compelling sales presentations, and provide detailed information on membership plans and club services.
- **Achieving Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring the growth of the membership base in line with business goals.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and conversions in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- **Events & Promotions**: Participate in club events, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility and attract potential members.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality, leisure, or sports industries.
- Experience in membership sales or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of club memberships effectively.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of golf and the hospitality industry is a plus but not essential.
- A positive and energetic attitude with a passion for customer service.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
