Job Description - Purchase Assistant:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Assist in managing purchase orders, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation.

2. Maintain records of purchases, inventory, and supplier details using basic computer software.

3. Support the procurement team in sourcing materials and tracking deliveries.

4. Prepare reports, invoices, and spreadsheets using Vi Microsystem ERP (Excel, Word).

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (store, accounts, and operations) to ensure smooth procurement processes.

6. Follow up on pending orders and maintain proper documentation for audits.

7. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of purchase records.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**:

- Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle purchase documentation and maintain records efficiently.
- Diploma, or Graduate in any stream.
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (depending on skills & experience).

**Job Description - Store Assistant**:
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials and supplies.

2. Maintain accurate records of stock, issue slips, and material movement using basic computer software.

3. Organize and label inventory for easy identification and access.

4. Support in preparing stock reports, registers, and spreadsheets using Vi Microsystem ERP (Excel, Word).

5. Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and operations teams for timely material availability.

6. Assist in conducting stock audits, reconciliations, and ensuring proper documentation.

7. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and systematic arrangement in the store area.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

- Ability to manage store documentation and inventory efficiently.
- Diploma, or Graduate in any stream.
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (depending on skills & experience).
