Job Description – Purchase Assistant:

We are looking for a motivated Purchase Assistant to support our procurement team in managing purchase activities efficiently. The role involves maintaining records, coordinating with vendors, assisting in order processing, and supporting the team using basic computer applications.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Assist in managing purchase orders, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation.

  2. Maintain records of purchases, inventory, and supplier details using basic computer software.

  3. Support the procurement team in sourcing materials and tracking deliveries.

  4. Prepare reports, invoices, and spreadsheets using Vi Microsystem ERP (Excel, Word).

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (store, accounts, and operations) to ensure smooth procurement processes.

  6. Follow up on pending orders and maintain proper documentation for audits.

  7. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of purchase records.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office applications.
  • Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle purchase documentation and maintain records efficiently.
  • Fresher candidates are welcome.
  • Diploma, or Graduate in any stream.

  • Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on skills & experience).

We are looking for a reliable Store Assistant to support our store operations and inventory management activities. The role involves maintaining stock records, assisting with goods receipt and issue, organizing materials, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store functions using basic computer applications.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials and supplies.

  2. Maintain accurate records of stock, issue slips, and material movement using basic computer software.

  3. Organize and label inventory for easy identification and access.

  4. Support in preparing stock reports, registers, and spreadsheets using Vi Microsystem ERP (Excel, Word).

  5. Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and operations teams for timely material availability.

  6. Assist in conducting stock audits, reconciliations, and ensuring proper documentation.

  7. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and systematic arrangement in the store area.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
