**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the **end-to-end recruitment process**, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Maintain and update the **applicant tracking system (ATS)** to ensure accurate and timely data.
- Develop and maintain a **talent pipeline** for critical and recurring roles.
- Represent the company at **career fairs, networking events, and university recruitment drives.**:

- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Robust in maintaining TA MIS

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 per year
