With a market cap of $5Bn+, a young & dynamic workforce and an exponentially growing global solar market, Premier Energies is well placed to be the global organization for the future responsibilities include: -Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs across all regions.End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes.Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic insights.Employer Branding: Enhance Premier Energies’ employer brand through various hiring channels, social media, and industry partnerships.Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Data & Analytics: Utilize recruitment metrics to measure hiring effectiveness, analyze trends, and drive process improvements.Vendor & Agency Management: Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and partners as required.Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best hiring practices.Qualifications-MBA HR, PGDM.Good verbal and written communication skills.8 to 10 Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition.Location (Prefer)-Fabcity Hyderabad.Industry-Pure Manufacturing.
