**Job Description
**Purpose**

**Key Responsibility**
- Work with the Communication team exclusively on implementing, designing and managing internal web based platforms
- Attend all briefing sessions/meetings and actively plan deliverables

The role includes but is not limited to
- Designing frameworks for internal web based platforms like **SAP JAM**:

- Need assessment and user assessment of projects assigned
- Developing ideas and design plans
- Building an interactive interface for internal platforms

**Qualification**
- A Bachelor-s degree and a minimum of 2 years' **UI/UX design experience** for digital products or services.

**Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop & AI)
- Experience (not mandatory) with web based or online internal organizational communication tools.

**Additional Technical Requirements**
- ** A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms**.
- Relevant experience in softwares and design tools
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Understanding and interesting in advertising in all forms
- Understanding and interesting in digital marketing/social media Contents
- Basic understanding of marketing principles (optional)
