The Community team at ZoomRx is responsible for growing and engaging ZoomRx’s community of healthcare professionals. To fuel our growth, we are now looking for smart, creative associates to join our vibrant community. If this resonates with you, we want to hear from you.

**What does your day look like as an Associate?**
- As an Associate, you will be focusing on managing projects to ensure adequate participation in our surveys.
- You will be responsible for executing targeted online marketing campaigns through different marketing channels.
- Create and manage content based on the research scope for effective targeting.
- Coordinate with our global vendors to supplement and expand our community of healthcare experts.
- Improve operational efficiency by executing strict quality control measures.
- Build and maintain a community of engaged healthcare experts.
- Track and analyze various metrics to enable better panel management.
- Ideate and implement various engagement strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve capabilities and develop product enhancements for better survey-taking UX.

**Required Skills/Expertise**:

- B.E. & B.Tech. (All Streams) graduates.
- Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and independently, prior experience with marketing and analytical tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, prior experience creating content is a plus
- Strong adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail and high standard of quality

**Preferred Skills/Expertise**:

- Experience in additional healthcare market intelligence functions besides primary market research (competitive intelligence; sales analytics; forecasting; etc.)
- Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare industries
