**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Interaction**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Address guest complaints or concerns, offering timely and effective resolutions.
- Ensure that guest needs are met in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
- **Reservations & Guest Services**:

- Assist in managing room reservations, including confirming, modifying, and canceling bookings as needed.
- Provide personalized service to returning guests, maintaining their preferences and special requests.
- Handle guest requests, including room service, transportation, and concierge services.
- **Operational Support**:

- Maintain guest records accurately in the system, ensuring up-to-date information.
- Process payments and ensure billing is correct at check-out.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction with room conditions.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Report guest feedback, issues, and suggestions to management for improvement.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Perform administrative tasks related to guest services, including updating records and processing documents.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
