**No.of Position : 1**

Job Profile:

- Responsible for Preparing Quality Plans of bought out parts and review periodically.
- Responsible for development of new product at supplier end acc. to APQP. -Responsible for supplier evaluation & selection by conducting System and Process Audit.
- Responsible for timely inspection of all in-coming raw material and release for production.
- Hands on knowledge of Inspection & Knowledge of Fabric, Plastic parts,Electroplating parts.
- Review Supplier corrective actions through A3 sheet, PDCA and 5 why. Knowledge of manufacturing process of Automotive Fabric, Plastic Parts,Electroplating parts.
- Knowledge of Part Design & Drawing study and inspection of critical Dims.
- Knowledge of Testing & Performance parameters Fabric, Plastic parts. Energetic and committed professional with strong analytical skills. Japanese Management skill and working as scheduled with the help of 5S, 3M, 3G, KAIZEN & POKA YOKE.**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
