**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement of Machinery and Parts**: Source and purchase machinery, parts, tools, and related materials for the company’s operations, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- **Supplier Management**: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, maintain relationships, and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- **Purchase Orders**: Create and manage purchase orders for materials and machinery, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage stock levels of machinery parts and materials, ensuring that necessary items are always available without overstocking.
- **Cost Control**: Ensure all purchases are within budget, track and report cost savings, and seek opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all purchased machinery, parts, and materials meet company standards for quality and performance.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of goods, resolve any supply chain issues, and manage returns or replacements of faulty materials.
- **Documentation and Records**: Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions, including purchase orders, receipts, and invoices, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, new suppliers, and technological advancements in the machinery industry to recommend improvements and optimize procurement.
- **Internal Coordination**: Work closely with the production, engineering, and maintenance teams to understand their requirements and ensure timely procurement of machinery and parts.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a procurement role, preferably in the machinery, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Knowledge of machinery components, parts, tools, and equipment used in the industry.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure the best terms and prices from suppliers.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- **Inventory Management**: Experience with inventory control and stock management, including ordering and tracking materials.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze procurement data, track trends, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in purchase orders, invoices, and inventory management.
- **Education**: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in procurement software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with ERP systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
