**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier packages.
- Support procurement and delivery of office supplies and other essential items.
- Assist in setting up meetings, arranging refreshments, and providing support for office events.
- Run office-related errands such as courier dispatch, and document submissions.
- Arrange and facilitate travel bookings for employees when required.
- Deliver important documents and parcels to designated locations as per company requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for office-related tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and professional in conduct.
- A valid two-wheeler license (preferred).
