Office Assistant

The Office Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and supporting the administrative needs of the organization. This position involves handling various clerical tasks, providing assistance to employees, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive and manage calls from customers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Deliver messages promptly and accurately. Utilize basic office equipment such as faxes or scanners.
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies and materials. Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure the workplace remains neat, organized, and adequately equipped.
- Provide assistance in all site-related activities across various work locations within the region. This may include coordinating deliveries, organizing materials, or facilitating communication between on-site teams and the central office.
- Run errands outside the office as required, such as purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, or picking up parcels. Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Operate company vehicles to travel to various locations and assist the team as needed. Maintain a valid driver's license and adhere to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
**Requirements**:
- Qualification: Tenth or Plus Two Equivalent
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler license for commuting purposes.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
