**- Looking for a Success Factors Consultant who specialises in Time Tracking to support them on a global implementation project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, specializing in the Time Tracking module, **with a strong track record of successful implementations.**:

- In-depth **knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking module functionalities, configuration options**, and integration points with other modules.
- Strong understanding of time-tracking processes, labour laws, and compliance requirements across various industries.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business scenarios and propose optimal solutions.
- **Effective communication skills,** both verbal and written, to engage with clients, gather requirements, and present solutions in a clear and concise manner.

**Must have 2 E2E Implementation projects (SF)**

**Must be certified in Employee Central (must be active)**

**Certification in Time Management (preferred)**

**Work Location**: India
**Contract Duration**: 6 Months
