**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage office supplies and equipment, and ensure necessary stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, and manage calendars.
- Assist in organizing company events and functions.
- Maintain and update employee records, including leave and attendance records.
- Assist in general office management tasks as needed.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (III years) in accounting and administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
