**JOB DESCRIPTION -**

**Hardware Installation and Maintenance
- **Installed, configured, and repaired both desktop and laptop systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Managed and maintained hardware components including CPUs, motherboards, RAM, hard drives, and peripherals.Diagnosed and resolved hardware issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.

**Camera and EPBX Installation - **Installed and configured security camera systems, including IP and analog cameras.Set up and maintained EPBX (Electronic Private Branch Exchange) systems, including configuration and troubleshooting of phone lines and extensions.Ensured proper integration of camera and EPBX systems with existing IT infrastructure for seamless operation.

**Network Configuration and MAC Binding
- **Configured and maintained network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.Performed network troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.Implemented MAC address binding to enhance network security and control device access.Managed IP address allocation and network segmentation to optimize network performance.

**Preventive Maintenance and Upgrades - **Conducted regular preventive maintenance on IT hardware and software to extend lifespan and performance.Planned and executed hardware and software upgrades to keep systems current with technological advancements.Monitored system performance and implemented improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
