As a spoken English mentor, the primary duty is to help your students improve their spoken English skills. Here are some job duties that you may be responsible for:
**Job Description**
- Teaching Communicative English to students, focusing on their linguistic abilities
- Conduct spoken English tests and analyze the improvement of the students
- Regular feedback on one-to-one basis to students to improve their language
- Handle classes online, both individually and batch-wise.
- Handle evening batches from **6pm to 11pm.**

**Role Responsibilities**
- Excellent proficiency in English language in Writing & Speaking. And is a native of Kerala.
- Conducting one-on-one or group sessions with students to assess their spoken English abilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Developing customized lesson plans and materials to meet the specific needs of each student.
- Providing guidance and feedback to students as they practice speaking English, including correcting grammar, pronunciation, and syntax errors.
- Helping students build confidence in their speaking abilities by encouraging and motivating them to speak more frequently.
- Incorporating interactive and engaging activities into lessons to make learning English fun and enjoyable.
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting lesson plans to ensure they are achieving their language learning goals.
- Providing resources and support to students to help them continue practicing their English skills outside of the classroom.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and resources for teaching spoken English.
- Communicating effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Overall, your job as a spoken English mentor is to help your students become more confident and effective communicators in English.
- Ability to handle students online.

**Work Timings**
- Part timers - 5 hours
- Monday - Saturday

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
