**Responsibilities**:

- Develop English language training curriculum based on the needs of the learners.
- Conduct English language assessments to determine the proficiency level of learners.
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners to help them improve their English language skills.
- Create learning materials such as worksheets, quizzes, and multimedia resources.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessment results.
- Stay updated with developments in English language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into training programs.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to ensure the success of training programs.
- Provide support and guidance to learners outside of scheduled training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree i**n English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience as an English language trainer or teacher.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tailor training programs to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and requirements,

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
