- Coordinate the talent acquisition process over daily interactions with multiple vendors and other parties to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of services
- Coordinate internal verifications and endorsements for Medical Assessments, Background checks, and pre-offer verifications
- Update process flows and information in company designated Applicant tracking system- **
About you**:

Qualifications**- We are looking for someone who has the following skills and qualifications, along with strong interest in becoming expert in Talent Acquisition processes.-
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in: Business administration, Human resources or equivalent field.
- Proficiency in English
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and compliance.
- Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the recruitment process.
- Ability to effectively work across multiple organizations, teams and vendors
- Experience in dealing with Talent acquisition processes/ systems preferred.
