Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Yelahanka New Town
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars as required.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Provide information and assistance to visitors and employees as needed.
Ensure security procedures are followed, including issuing visitor badges and monitoring access.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
1 to 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
Fluency in both English and Kannada, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and scanners.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
