**Job Title: ERP Sales Representative**
**Location**: Gurgaon, Haryana (On-site or planning to relocate)
**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate and qualify leads for ERP solutions across industries
- Conduct market research to build a robust sales pipeline
- Engage with prospective clients to assess business requirements
- Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution mapping
- Achieve defined sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Maintain long-term client relationships to support upselling and cross-selling
- Monitor competitor offerings and market developments
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience in ERP, software, or product sales
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle
- Target-oriented with a consistent sales track record
- Willingness to travel as required
