**ERP EXECUTIVE**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain ERP systems to ensure smooth functionality across departments.
- Provide first-level support and training to ERP users for day-to-day operations.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues or escalate them to vendors/IT teams when needed.
- Support data entry, report generation, and ensure data accuracy across ERP modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and assist in customizing ERP workflows or dashboards.
- Help test and implement ERP updates, patches, and new modules.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
- Assist with periodic audits and data reconciliation.
- Coordinate with external ERP vendors or consultants for advanced support or development needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
