Battery Smart is implementing NetSuite ERP to optimize and streamline its operations across various departments. We are seeking a skilled Functional Resource to support Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations, drive project enhancements, and ensure seamless execution of ERP-related tasks.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business-as-Usual (BAU) Support**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related issues promptly.
- Support the smooth execution of transactions across various departments, ensuring system availability and functionality.
- Provide ongoing training to users and ensure smooth operational execution of business transactions.
- **User Training & Support**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for users on NetSuite functionalities and processes.
- Provide assistance to users in executing their transactions within the system, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- **Project Management & Enhancements**:

- Drive project enhancements in coordination with internal teams and other stakeholders.
- Lead ERP-related initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with project timelines.
- Act as the Project Manager for NetSuite ERP-related projects, from requirement gathering to deployment.
- **Communication & Collaboration**:

- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all communications with Filix Software, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proper documentation of deliverables.
- Manage and track all ERP-related deliverables and tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- **Expertise in NetSuite Functionalities**:
Manage key functional tasks across various business processes:

- **Order-to-Cash (O2C)**: Sales order processing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- **Procure-to-Pay (P2P)**: Purchase requisition (PR) approvals, purchase order (PO) processing, goods receipt note (GRN), and vendor payments.
- **Advance Procurement Module**: Managing prepayments, milestone-based payments, and linked accounting entries.
- **Financial Accounting & Reporting**: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), reconciliations, and financial statements.
- **H2H Payment Integration**: Vendor payouts and bank reconciliation automation.
- **Inventory & FIFO Management**: Tracking stock movement and performing cost calculations.
- **Employee Advances & Expense Management**: Streamlining disbursements and adjustments.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong **functional expertise in NetSuite ERP** with a focus on finance, procurement, and inventory management.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing the **Order-to-Cash (O2C)**, **Procure-to-Pay (P2P)**, and **financial accounting** processes within NetSuite.
- Demonstrated expertise in **Saved Searches**, reports, and dashboards in NetSuite.
- Excellent **project management** skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and ensure timely execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Prior experience working as a **Functional Consultant** in a **NetSuite ERP** environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with **H2H payment integrations**, **inventory management**, and **vendor management** processes is a plus.
- Ability to support system enhancements and implement process improvements across the organization.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Background in **finance and procurement**.
- Experience 1-2 years, working with **Filix Software** or similar third-party ERP support teams.
- Prior involvement in **system implementation or go-live projects**.
