**Mystic Haven Realty**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify premium and luxury property supply from **developers, IPCs, brokers, and direct owners**:

- Onboard **channel partners** and establish strong relationships with **builders, developers**, and property aggregators
- Negotiate and finalize **commercial terms** for listings and builder tie-ups
- Generate quality leads through **field visits, relationship marketing, and online platforms**:

- Maintain and regularly update internal inventory and CRM systems
- Conduct **stacking/site visits** to verify listings and maintain accurate property data
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing & CRM) for timely follow-ups and conversions
- Deliver **end-to-end closure** including site visits, client negotiations, and documentation

**Who You Are**:

- Has **2 years of experience** in real estate, property sales, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and passionate about real estate and growth
- Comfortable working both **on the ground and online** for sourcing and relationship building
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail and CRM discipline
- Prior experience in **channel sales, site visits, or lead generation** is an added advantage

**Compensation**:
₹25,000 - ₹40,000/month (Based on Experience) + **Attractive Incentives**
