**Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Website Strategist & UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for planning and designing complete websites from a user-first perspective. You will lead the website structure planning, user journey flow, and modern UI design to ensure our projects are both visually stunning and performance-driven.

You will work closely with our in-house WordPress development team to ensure seamless design-to-code handoffs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, target users, and business requirements
- Create sitemaps, user journey flows, and wireframes
- Design high-fidelity mockups in Figma for desktop and mobile
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and web accessibility best practices
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Perform design audits of existing websites and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on design trends, UX best practices, and conversion-optimization techniques
- 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design and website strategy
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related fields.
- A strong portfolio showcasing complete website designs and user flows
- Proficient in Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Ability to design responsive layouts for mobile and desktop
- Solid understanding of modern WordPress structure (Elementor, Gutenberg, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bonus: Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, Google Analytics, or CRO principles

- Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Notion / ClickUp (for project collaboration)
- Google Workspace
- Optional: Hotjar, GA4, Screaming Frog (for UX/SEO insight)
