**Job Summary**:
As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences, define messaging, and create plans for content creation, distribution, and promotion across various channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct audience research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of target audiences.
- Define content goals and objectives aligned with business objectives, such as increasing website traffic, generating leads, or improving brand awareness.
- Develop comprehensive content strategies that outline key themes, topics, formats, and channels for content creation and distribution.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure alignment between content strategy and overall brand messaging and objectives.
- Create content briefs and guidelines to provide direction to content creators and ensure consistency in tone, voice, and style.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO analysis to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
- Establish editorial calendars and content schedules to plan and organize content production and publication timelines.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of content in achieving goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and digital media.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis and performance evaluation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a content strategist or similar role, with a strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and SEO platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Certification in content marketing or related fields is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
