*Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospitals and patient care of the hospital

*overall supervision, guidance and development of medical and support staff including hiring, evaluating, and training
- Create and enforce clinical guidelines and medical services that make operations run smoothly

*Implement policy changes, quality improvement efforts and coordinating community relationships

*preparing planned and non-plan proposals for hospital equipment, expenditure

*Liaison between staff and Management for queries, concerns and resolves it effectively

Job Requirement:
*15-20 years of work experience in a hospital with minimum 5 years of experience in a Management role as Medical Officer

*Well-versed with Medical Council of India, Indian Nursing Council, Ministry of Healthcare guidelines

**- **Good English Communication (Written and Verbal)

**- **MBBS (General) / MS

*Must know Tamil and English.

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Chromepet, Chennai - 600 044, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
