**Position Title**:Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

We are pleased to announce that Gayathri Hospital is currently seeking a highly motivated & Experience CMO (Chief Medical Officer) to join our dynamic team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all clinical services, ensuring alignment with the hospital’s mission and vision.
- Collaborate with the Clinical staffs and Management to develop and implement clinical strategies and policies.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to clinical governance standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation bodies.
- Participate in financial planning and budgeting related to medical departments, ensuring cost-effective and quality-driven healthcare delivery.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement evidence-based practices and innovations to improve care delivery.
- Develop and implement medical policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and relevant regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 15+ years of clinical and hospital leadership experience, with a strong background in managing large teams and complex clinical operations.
- MBA, MHA, or equivalent master’s degree is a significant advantage.
- Deep knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (NABH) and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
