**Job Summary**:
As a Quality Inspector in the manufacturing department, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards throughout the production process. You will conduct inspections, monitor production lines, and collaborate with other teams to maintain and improve product quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inspect and Test Products**:Conduct visual inspections and measurements on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Perform various tests and checks to verify product compliance with specifications.
Use testing equipment and tools to ensure accuracy and reliability of inspections.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**:Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspection results, defects, and deviations.
Generate reports summarizing inspection findings and provide feedback to relevant departments.
Document non-conformities and work with teams to implement corrective actions.

**Collaboration with Production Teams**:Work closely with production teams to understand and address quality issues.
Provide real-time feedback to operators and supervisors to correct deviations from quality standards.
Participate in production meetings to discuss quality trends and improvement opportunities.

**Process Improvement**:Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of enhanced quality control procedures.
Assist in the implementation of new quality initiatives and technologies.

**Training**:Train production personnel on quality standards, inspection methods, and proper documentation procedures.
Assist in the development of training materials related to quality control.

**Communication**:Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns.
Participate in meetings to discuss quality metrics, goals, and improvement strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or education in quality control is a plus.
- Proven experience as a quality inspector in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspections.
- Familiarity with quality testing equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the production floor for extended periods.
- Lift and carry inspection equipment and materials as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,939.42 - ₹21,998.54 per month
