
Sales Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**
1. Identify potential clients and properties for sale.
2. Build and maintain a network of potential buyers and sellers through various channels, including social media, referrals, cold calling and lead generation.
3. Assist clients in their property search by understanding their needs and preferences.
4. Arrange and conduct property visits, providing clients with detailed information about the features and benefits of each property.
5. Meeting with potential clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored Property solutions.
6. Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and developers to facilitate successful transactions.
7. Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and real estate laws and regulations
8. Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
9. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
10. Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
1. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and influence their purchasing decisions.
2. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
3. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive to achieve sales goals.
4. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
5. Possession of a vehicle is preferred.
Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate Experience : Freshers or 1 year Experience in Sales

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
