**Battery Manufacturing Plan**.
- **Battery Manufacturing Technician**:

- First day employee will be working in general shift and based on onboarding process they will be further divided in to three shifts. As present they are working in 7to3, 3to11, 11to7 shift.
- Post interview, next day will be medical check and training process
- Training is first 2-3 days is classroom, about 10 days on job and more 3 days of hazard management training
- Type of profile required is **ITI pass or fail & Diploma**. In future they will be ok for about 6-7% of freshers also. But now to only start with ITI.
- Salary as per minimum wages. Which goes to about **18k to 20k CTC for ITI and up to** **22K CTC for diploma**. Incentives will be additional
- OT as per compliances
- Bonus yearly
- Employee **age to be 19 and weight to be 46Kg and +**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
