We are looking for someone who is passionate about women's health. Plus you will get to work with a team full of energy, motivation, team spirit, and on a drive to create an impact.

Role and responsibilities
- Conducting initial evaluations on the client requirements and issues to create a unique user need profile from the program.
- Developing health care plans tailored to each client's needs and in line with the digital program
- Educate, counsel and motivate clients on necessary lifestyle changes involved in the health management journey.
- Personalize the treatment plans as per client's preferences and realistic achievement of goals using a holistic approach.
- Provide menopause education to users / family members and community outreach.
- Working with other health care providers like OB/GYNs, fitness, nutrition experts and other medical auxiliary staff
- Strong understanding of menopause symptoms basis tracking, triggers and evaluation.
- Managing consumer as there transformation coach and able.
- Resolving client queries related to program modules, providing guidance as the patient navigates through the digital program
- Managing and maximizing the entire customer lifecycle value
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing guests
- Identifying guests' needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
- Ensuring that all clients queries are followed up and resolved effectively in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- You have a nursing degree, health coaching certification or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities to help women improve their physical health, fitness, general wellness, or manage stress
- You have a basic understanding of women's reproductive health and have previously consulted/ coached women on their reproductive health
- You are obsessed with helping others improve their health
- You are able and willing to get trained on a women digital health platform
- You enjoy working in an office environment and interested in limitless growth opportunity
- You are organized, tech-savvy, and highly motivated
- Strong ability to interact with clients over chat and video chat to create a positive and delightful experience
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who has worked in the healthcare industry will be preferred
- Should be able to lead yoga program development with Yoga instructors

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
- Training in women wellness, coaching, nutrition, or fitness
- Working knowledge of women's reproductive and maternal health, nutrition, fitness, personal development, and how to facilitate habit change.
- Knowledge of Menopause journey is a plus
- Knowledge of the latest trends in healthcare.
- Experience working with patients and/or clients.
- A desire to continue learning about health, wellness, and best coaching practices

Office location: Gurgaon

**Salary**: As per industry standards
