VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a **Health & Safety Case Coordinator **for employees of an investment management company in **Gurgaon, India.**

**Schedule**:
Wed 10am-7pm,
Thu 10am-7pm,
Sat remote 5:30pm-5:30am
Sun remote 5:30pm-5:30am

**Responsibilities**:

- COVID-19 contact tracing.
- Educate and answer COVID-19 related questions for employees.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Support other H&S programs as needed, including but not limited to: ergonomics, workplace injury & illness, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Public health or health and safety experience.
- Experience with giving general health counseling to people with COVID-19, exposure, or possible symptoms is preferred.
- Knowledge of public health and current COVID-19 and CDC guidelines and protocols is preferred.
- Experience with contact tracing is preferred.
- Knowledge of ergonomics is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and customer service skills.
- Able to think critically and quickly in a fluctuating environment for multiple situations at a time.
- Confidence working in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with technology.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including booster shot.

Pay: From ₹375,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Public health: 3 years (preferred)
- COVID-19 or other contact tracing: 1 year (preferred)
- Occupational health: 3 years (preferred)
- Computer literacy: 5 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Day Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
