**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restobar.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menus.
- Take reservations and manage the seating chart.
- Answer guest inquiries about the menu, special promotions, and the restobar’s services.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and patience.
- Process payments and manage cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front desk and guest seating areas.
- Monitor and manage guest satisfaction and feedback to improve service quality.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management.
- Proven experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Additional Information**:

- Food and accommodation will be provided.
- Work schedule: 9-hour shifts.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
