**Role description**:

- Develop and demonstrate a good understanding of the business capabilities and assist / guide our practitioners in their Knowledge driven initiatives
- Deliver high quality tasks / projects as assigned within the time and scope defined
- Collaborate with stakeholders (in-person / virtually) to understand preferences and leverage them to improve our service and build relationships
- Coordinate with the team to create, upload, and update web content as per the guidelines
- Participates in team level discussions, contributes and shares insights / updates from the market
- Engages proactively with the stakeholder and keeps them apprised of project status, challenges and issues
- Manages self and takes ownership of the task / process / project assigned, updating standard documentations where required and communicating in a timely manner.
- Identifies, shares and implements leading practices

- Fair understanding of Knowledge Management principles and methodologies
- Structure and present data / information using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)
- Training and development acumen: Track record of providing training / guidance to others in process and technology related aspects
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels including leadership in a globally diverse environment
- Clear attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Professional Experience / Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
