**Job Title**:LLM SAP ABAP Trainer

**Location**:Remote (4-5 Hours Overlap with PST)

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver specialized **SAP ABAP training**, covering both functional and technical aspects.
- Develop and maintain training content on **LLM methodologies (SFT, RLHF)**.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers to create **engaging learning materials**.
- Provide **mentorship and real-world SAP ABAP insights** in training sessions.
- Assess **learner progress** and recommend improvement strategies.
- Troubleshoot and refine **AI-integrated learning methodologies**.

**Required Skills**:

- **3+ years of SAP ABAP** development and implementation experience.
- Experience in **AI/ML techniques**, including **LLM methodologies (SFT, RLHF)**.
- Strong **training and facilitation skills**, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Excellent **English communication skills** for structured documentation.
- Analytical mindset to **optimize training strategies**.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,100,000.00 per year
