**Working Hours**: 8:30 PM - 12:30 AM IST (mandatory) + 4 flexible hours

**About the Role**:
A leading organization at the forefront of AI and enterprise technology is looking for an **SAP ABAP Trainer** with expertise in **Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI methodologies**. This role involves integrating AI-driven advancements into SAP training, shaping the future of enterprise learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver specialized **SAP and ABAP** training, covering both functional and technical aspects.
- Develop and maintain training materials on **LLM methodologies** such as **Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT)** and **Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF)**.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers and technical teams to ensure engaging and updated learning content.
- Provide hands-on mentoring, integrating real-world **SAP ABAP** scenarios with AI training techniques.
- Evaluate learner progress, offer feedback, and recommend improvement strategies.
- Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing learning methodologies to enhance training effectiveness.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **3+ years of experience** in **SAP architecture, implementation, and ABAP programming**.
- **2+ years of experience** in **Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), or Machine Learning (ML)**.
- Strong **training and facilitation** skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English**, with experience in creating structured training documentation.
- Strong **problem-solving and analytical skills** for refining learning strategies.
- Ability to work in **cross-functional teams** to align content with industry needs.

**Additional Details**:

- **Salary**: Up to **₹1.20 LPM**:
