- Meeting the needs of the key stakeholders through Real World Evidence generation ensures you deliver:

- The supportive data needed for regulators to approve and license
- The evidence of value needed by payers to authorize and pay for drugs
- The evidence physicians need to prescribe a drug with confidence

**Experience**:
BS/MS - with 1-2 yrs experience

[Plus] real-world data, or Oncology experience

**Coding Skills**:
Advanced/Expert R - dplyr, tidyverse

Ability to work with messy data, missingness, data pre-processing of structured data

Familiarity with GitHub and GitLab environments

Advanced SQL
- Ability to write scalable code - modularization, functions

**Scientific Skills**:
Basic university level data science or stats courses

Ability to implement/code statistical methods for descriptive statistics, KM curves, visualization plots, etc.
- High sense of ownership for deliverables - ensuring that they are timely and of high quality

Ability to work independently and proactively consult/ask questions when needed

Ability to take direction, oversight and work in a team environment

Ability to fit into a cross-functional and highly collaborative culture
