Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Site Supervisor to oversee construction

construction activities align with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. This role

requires effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Management:

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Monitor progress and report to Project Manager regularly.

2. Team Coordination:

- Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Provide guidance to construction workers and ensure a safe working environment.
- Address any issues that may arise during the construction process.

3. Quality Control:

- Inspect work for compliance with quality standards.
- Implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Report and address any deviations from the project plan.

4. Material and Equipment Management:

- Oversee the delivery and use of construction materials.
- Ensure proper maintenance and usage of construction equipment.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

5. Communication:

- Act as a liaison between on-site teams and project managers.
- Communicate project goals, timelines, and changes effectively.
- Address and resolve concerns or issues raised by team members.

6. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on progress and challenges.
- Document any modifications to the project scope.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Key Competencies:

- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate on-site teams.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in construction activities.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
