**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and issue room keys.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Maintain accurate records and logs, including guest information and room availability.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk role preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexible with work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately.
