**Job Description:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.
- Assist with the preparation and lodgment of Australian tax returns (Individual, Company, and Trust).
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws, including BAS, GST, and PAYG reporting.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored accounting solutions.
- Collaborate with senior accountants and the tax team to deliver comprehensive financial services.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in Australian tax legislation and accounting practices.
- Provide mentoring and support to junior accountants when required.
