**Accountant Executive**

Key responsibilities:
1. **Financial Management**:

- Record and reconcile daily sales, returns, and payment transactions across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Monitor payment gateways (Razor pay, Paytm, etc.) and ensure timely settlements.
- Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.

2. **Inventory Accounting**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking purchases, sales, and stock adjustments.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to reconcile stock discrepancies.

3. **Taxation & Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- File GST returns for e-commerce sales and track input credits.
- Handle e-commerce tax deductions such as TCS and coordinate with tax consultants.

4. **Vendor & Payment Management**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable related to e-commerce transactions.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure timely payment processing.

5. **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze sales and expense reports for management.
- Provide insights on sales performance, profitability, and key financial metrics.

6. **Platform-Specific Expertise**:

- Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify) and their reporting tools.
- Understand commission structures, fees, and other platform-related charges.

7. **Auditing & Process Improvement**:

- Conduct regular internal audits for e-commerce financial activities.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2+ years in e-commerce accounting or similar roles.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software Tally ERP and Advanced Excel.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, tax regulations, and financial reconciliation.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Exceptional attention to detail and data analysis skills.
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills to coordinate with teams and external vendors.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with e-commerce aggregators or D2C brands.
- Knowledge of ERP systems for inventory and financial management.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
