Key Responsibilities: Handling inbound and outbound calls: Responding to customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues related to products, services, or accounts. Resolving customer issues: Identifying the root cause of problems, offering solutions, and escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary. Providing product information: Explaining features, benefits, and usage of products or services to customers. Maintaining customer records: Updating customer information, documenting interactions, and ensuring accurate records in the CRM system. Meeting performance targets: Achieving goals related to call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Upselling and cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products or services to customers. Providing excellent customer service: Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor, demonstrating empathy, and building positive relationships with customers. Following communication scripts and procedures: Adhering to established guidelines while also adapting to individual customer needs. Collaborating with team members: Sharing information, providing support, and contributing to team goals.
