**Doctor Engagement & Medical Marketing**
- Build and execute **doctor engagement strategies** through CMEs, medical camps, webinars, and scientific communication.
- Develop scientific marketing tools such as **visual aids, product monographs, clinical support material**, and ensure their effective usage by the field force.
- Collaborate with the Medical Affairs team to ensure **evidence-based communication**.
- Strengthen KOL (Key Opinion Leader) connect and drive advocacy for the brand portfolio.

**Retail & Trade Marketing**
- Plan and execute **retail visibility campaigns**, including POS materials, branding, and display activities.
- Drive in-clinic and pharmacy-level activations to increase product off-take.
- Monitor secondary sales trends and provide marketing support to distributors/stockists.
- Ensure effective ROI from retail promotions and schemes.

**BTL Activities & Brand Building**
- Design and execute **BTL campaigns** like health camps, patient awareness programs, sponsorships, and exhibitions.
- Plan **doctor-patient connect initiatives** to build trust and product adoption.
- Develop patient education materials, digital assets, and interactive marketing solutions.

**Strategic & Analytical**
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identify growth opportunities.
- Define brand positioning and communication strategy for the assigned portfolio.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide strategic inputs to management.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
