We are in search of a dedicated and customer-centric individual to join our esteemed team as a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive at Atmantan Wellness Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring that their stay with us is a memorable and rejuvenating experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide assistance during their stay.
- Address guest inquiries, needs, and requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Offer detailed information about our wellness programs, services, and resort amenities.
- Handle guest reservations, check-in, and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Attend to guest complaints or issues promptly, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain meticulous guest records and ensure accurate billing.
- Collaborate seamlessly with various resort departments to meet guest requirements and ensure a seamless and memorable stay.
- Strive for excellence in delivering exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding guest expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in using reservation and customer management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- A genuine passion for providing guests with a unique and unforgettable experience.
